Land for sale in Kansas

We think 1800ish an acre for sumner and 1500ish for Barton. But it’s a guess. It all depends on the the bidding. I’ve never sold ground this way but it was recommended by a family member. So we will see what happens. It’s a bit nerve wrecking.
Do you get to set a reserve....hope so.

We are auctioning a couple of our family properties. Both are 160 acre properties, both have deer, upland game, turkey and other hunting opportunities. One has a large stocked pound that is spring fed. If you want to move or have a place to disconnect, both fit the bill. The auctions are next month.

Sumner County

Barton County
Beautiful properties.

They will be in my dreams tonight.

To Follow up on the sale of the properties, we did sell them and finally bought a house in Park County Co. on Indian Mountain at about 9700ft elevation. We will be making it an AirBNB when we arent there.

Thanks a lot! I needed to look at land up there like I need another hole in my head, lol. Things actually look pretty reasonable up there. How restrictive is the HOA? Definitely post up the AirBnb link when you get it setup. I spent a lot of time exploring up there last summer.

HOA is not restrictive and is on a voluntary basis. Big thing is no shooting on the property and no UTVs on the roads. There is a shooting range about 5 miles from our place so not an issue. IM prices are starting to climb so if you are thinking about that area, time to move. Fairplay and Alma have gone nuts and are too rich for me. If you need an agent in that area, let me know, we found a great one. Its a great area.
