Okay the plan now is to raise what we can and I'm going to head to ID after my 18 May VA appointment. There is a place to sleep and he has a shop for us to work in.
So I'd say figure about a start date of 21 May and then once it's complete and running the plan was to get the A/C recharged and then I'll head south. These dates are subject to change at this point to meet everyone's schedules.
Hey I rode my Harley for 6 months on expired tags.
With the tour pak it's hard to see the lic plate. The GOOD part is that none of the cameras in WA for fares when driving HOV or going over a toll bridge it can't see my plate. So can't charge me...
What are the specs on the Camry?

Torque specs would probably be the most important. Next to that, I think the hardest part is going to be getting the cam's synchronized.
The plan was to take it to a local shop and have it drawn down and vacuum checked then recharged I think.
