With the amount of rust and 300k miles, I don't see that being worth $8K.

$3k for the axle set, $1k t-case, $1k for hard top, and $500 per bumper and you're at $6k with a lot of meat left on the bone.

I personally wouldn't pay 3K for the axle set, knowing I'd likely have to replace the lockers. They're also likely extremely rusted, which would present other challenges. However, I concede that someone might!
