Looking for rear Exhaust routing pictures of members with a sgl Triangulated 4link rear.

Just finishing my build and looking for ideas of routing the Exhaust from the skid plate back out.

Thanks in advance

Nothing fancy but, effective

I was sick of having a dump after the skid

Yeah dumping out the skid isnt an option for me. I have my kiddos in the back with no top/Soft top and the fumes are no bueno.

I will be getting inventive with mine like yours. Thanks for the pic. Do the uppers move that much towards the pipe, throughout the cycle?

The uppers are triangulated so they hardly move side to side throughout the travel.

Where did you hide the muffler? Next to the t case?
Magnaflow catalyst is moved forward from the original cat location and a magabro muffler is above the skid next to the t case.

this is the best picture I got.

good to know! New to rear triangulation. I have room to run the pipe above like yours, just was concerned about the uppers moving UP towards the pipe.

Will be visiting a couple shops this week hopefully to get er done!

Looks like you have an lj which makes running the exhaust a lot easier. On my jeep my upper arms will hit the tub at full stuff. You can see it in the pictures.

I had no confidence in any exhaust shops in my area. After a year of nagging the guy that did my midarm, I finally convinced him to do my tailpipe.

Thanks for the responses! Having longer arms will help minimize the arms movement. I should be able to stuff the pipe above.

Guess it depends how much up travel you have. Safest bet is to sneak it between the arm and park brake cable bracket and go up into the void and work your way back.
for sure. I have about 5.5" uptravel. When we cycled the suspension, The 40s hit the top of the fenders before the Arms even coming close to the tub. Thanks for the placement advice, will take a look later tonight.

In general my routing is similar to above formulas. I have no 3rd cat so the muffler is moved forward. Went with a small and short ish muffler. Basically have to get the muglffler to end before the midarm bracket. Then go over the passenger upper link l, lack of Trackbar helps with the going out and dump beside gas tank.
