What could be causing this knocking noise?

Check for play in all your u-joints including driveshafts and axles. You said it's speed dependent not engine rpm, right?
correct not engine. and even sometimes it the knock doesnt get faster as i go faster. and when i put it in netural or push in on the clutch the knock goes away

I listened...

I'd check u joints. All of them.
First thing..put in 4wd. Repeat ride...does sound change? Frequency of it, loudness, etc. As you're now applying torque to it if it's u joints the sound should alter some.

The noise change pushing in the brakes while moving?

Noise change going up a hill ...powering up a hill versus coasting down the otherwise.
2wd and then again in 4wd.

If nothing changes..take front drive shaft off. Result? Still there? Replace front and take off rear Drive shaft.
Any change?

Is the noise there with clutch out but in neutral? Coasting...in neutral?

Start there...

Have you messed with anything recently?

A little more investigation here will help.

I did put in new front Axle chromoly shafts outter and inner
Did this noise happen immediately?

Im assuming you replaced the u joints along with them.

Another question...

Can you feel the noise?
As in...
The steering wheel. Your hand feel anything? How about your heels on the body tub. Can you feel a thump of any sort with that noise?

ok just went on a ride, and while it was knocking i applied brake speed up , slowed down, went up and down hill, applied torque and lett of torque. and it continued do knock about the same except for when I took it out of gear. BUT when i put it in 4wheel drive HIGH it did not make a sound that I could hear while doing all the things I did in 2wdrive . So do you think its my front drive shaft?

Could be. If you already grabbed it and checked it for play, try disconnecting and removing it then go for a drive. It's 8 bolts.
ya know its kinda hard to check a u joint in the front axle. The drie shaft rotates back and forth and its hard to feel Play in the drive shaft.
