So I want to take off my "guards" that came on my jeep when I got it. What can I use to fill the holes.

You could drill these out, and then drill a standard size hole and buy some black flat plastic plugs. That would be the easiest thing to do.

X2 to the above. Some little plastic plugs like you would find at any local ACE Hardware would work nicely. You'd just have to go in and find the right size.
