I’ve been trying to look around to find what kind of wheels they are, but I can’t find anything on them.

Those are ones you cannot get a good balance with, no lip to mount the weights, I have a similar set from my wifes old yj and they sucked trying to put on the LJ which I was not able to do. They just would not balance.

You can also use weight patches inside the tire. It costs more to do but it is doable.. (y)

that is not a good balance for a TJ type suspension, with all of the problems people post about "tire hop" and "death wobble" you will not be able to get a good dynamic balance, the stick on weights are only good for a mass balance.

I'm not talking about tape weights that attach to the rims. I'm talking about balancing the tire itself internally with weight patches.

I would shit can the wheels before going through all of that mounting and dismounting to get a weight on it.
The tire is balanced and weight patched before it's ever put on the rim. You have to order the tire, you can't just go to the tire store and have them put on.... I said it is more costly. But if the OP likes those wheels who are you to decide they should shit can their wheels.
