P0700 and P0740

I have a 2005 with the 42rle and have the p0740 code, I have replaced all of the solenoids and have checked all of the wiring and looks good, I have changed the oil in it multiple times with the filter it only comes on when driving on the highway for about 20 mins after resetting the code, when the light comes on nothing happens no shudder and shifts good, I think it could be my PCM?

Good day from Miami! I was in cairns, port Douglas and Sydney in 2008! Do you ever get a hard shift from 1st to 2nd in the morning? How is your idle when yo to operating temperature?

My idle sometimes flickers around 1000revs from time to time, 1st to second isn’t really noticeable
