We just wanted to say thank you to all of you for your support throughout 2025. We had a great year and have a lot of cool projects we're working on for 2026! A few key things going into next year.

✅ We've been making progress on the NovaDrive while not as fast as we originally thought. We'll have it in production this coming year.

✅ We'll be releasing an AX15 low 1st gear set very soon. Bringing the first gear ratio from 3.83:1 to 4.31:1

✅ We also have a brand new Novak designed and manufactured AX15 short throw shifter that is now available to purchase on our website!

✅ We were also able to purchase a KEYENCE VL-870 state of the art 3D CMM scanner to make our prototyping and quality control better and more efficient.

And more to come!!

The ax15 low first going to be retrofittable or just in the units you sell?

I know @Zorba wants a granny gear real bad

That is at least within spittin' distance of the NSG370, which really isn't low enough either, but every bit helps, esp. since I'll probably end up with an AX15 if/when my NSG shits the bed. The so-called NSG370 "wide ratio" would be a bit better, but apparently its unobtainium, nobody other than Novak seems to know anything about it.

Yea, I'd LOVE an SM420 - the best of the best as far as I'm concerned. Its not a trivial swap though. And SM420 with a splitter would be da bomb!

Oh, its been done, its just non-trivial. I even thought of two of them in series, with a remote shift setup on the front one.

Of course I find out about the lower gear on 1st months after I buy a transmission from yall🤣
I barely even use 1st so it woulda been cool to have a "granny gear" But I may buy that from yall (if possible) once Im ready to tear my transmission apart way later down the road since I'd like to do thr chromoly bearing retainer upgrade by marlin crawler!

Novak, I'd be interested in a short-shifter for my NV3550.
I have a B&M SS in my other TJ but those are way too spendy now.


Edit. Nothing on their web page.
But also not interested in changing out a good trans either.

We have a billet steel retainer upgrade as well....

Didn't know that!
Any billet shift forks too?
I don't think I need em but if I'm already in there I may as well....those "may as wells" can be expensive and they might lead me to just doing billet gears...Snowball effect
