Looking at pulling the long arms to get them sandblasted and re painted. Is this simple unbolt and then reboot back up or am I opening up a can of worms by taking them off. It’s a 6” Nth degree lift.

If you are taking them all off at once, you need to ensure that you have a way to put the Jeep and axles on stands. There will be nothing holding the axle in place (unless you're leaving the steering and track bar on). Be mindful of shocks, springs, brake lines, and driveshaft so that the axle isn't hanging on any of those. If you are fully disassembling the arms then when you go to reinstall you will have to reset the length of the arms, square the axles, and do an alignment. Even if you don't disassemble them, it would be a good time to check square and alignment.

The easiest way to do it would be to remove one arm at a time and reinstall it before moving on. But you will still want to check square and alignment as slight adjustments can make a difference.

Lastly, don't torque the bolts until the vehicle is back on its own weight.

My garage has the lift and arms off but I have a stupid question how many clevite bushings am I going to need to order. They are closed for a few days and wanted to get a jump on that

Putting back on soon
