No pictures. Just cut Fj40 louver section and cut TJ hood section and weld. It's nothing special to see.

Not everyone can weld sheet metal like that... It's always cool to share IMO... But I'm an attention whorre too...
You don't have to be a good welder. It's better to be a good grinder.
You have to weld all around and I use an air compressor to cool as I go,had to do a lot on my old roadrunner.but ya a grinder and paint makes me the welder I ain’t!
but I found a lot of use in the new 1/2 inch mini belt sander.

I’d like to see how the rest of the hood looks and that paint is something you don’t see every day.
Hopefully there’s no angry grill.
