You have no clue... And you're sitting there is60-80lbs of gear the whole time... With webbing seats crawling up your ass crack for hours...

And on many flights there's people sitting on the floor... So YA there's headroom cause they load vehicles & other aircraft into these planes.

You left out sniffing diesel fuel the entire flight.

Some of you Army vets and all of you Air Force vets may not know that in the Navy, when at sea, we have to make our own fresh water. We do so by using a desalinator, a big machine that boils the sea water and collects the condensate to use as fresh water. My last ship, the USNS Wyman, had a pinhole leak somewhere in the Diesel fuel line that powered the desalinator. All of our fresh water was Diesel flavored. Every shower came with a free lube. All of our food was Diesel flavored. Everyone was very regular. After six months we finally got to a decent port (I think it was Newcastle, ENG) and ripped that thing out and replaced it. Fresh water never tasted so good. Just another one of the joys of life in the military!

I was on a NOAA ship one time that had a similar problem - I forget now what the cross-leak was, but "regularity" was part of the package.
