Hello fellow Jeepers. I am getting water dripping on the passenger side. I know this happens with the AC on, but does it also happen with the heat on?

It is clear water, so that's why I thought it may be condensation.

I also have a loud shrill whistling noise (not sure how to explain it) on startup that lasts for like 10 minutes and usually goes away when the Jeep warms up. Does this sound like a water pump or????

Can you see your A/C drain? If you can see the drain pipe and there is water coming out of it, you will be able to tell. If it's clear water, it's not coming from the coolant system, unless somebody only put water in it.

Is it condensation from the exhaust? With the weather cooling off that would become more noticeable.

Where would the AC drain be located?

Does this help? Battery is on the left

Idk if a water pump will make a "shrill whistling" noise, but I do know an idler pulley that's on its way out, will.
I had one going out on a '19 Hemi that sounded like a supercharger. Lol

many times OEMs set up the HVAC to run the ac compressor whenever the defrost is on to help dry the air in the vehicle and prevent the windows fogging up.

An easy way to tell if its condensation or coolant leaking is to see if its hot or cold...

Seems like it's coming from the driver side area if that helps

The power steering is on that side. It  could make a noise like that and get quieter as fluid circulates. Get a stethoscope and listen near the pulley while it's noisy. (I hope I don't have to say NOT to put it ON the pulley. Lol)

The AC Compressor is also on that side and it can also developing some unpleasant sounds if things are going badly. There is also the water pump pulley on that side, though it would be unusual for it to get loud without there being some issues like leaking coolant or its fins coming apart which would both generally lead towards overheating.
