Ok so just accessing the hive mind here. The ‘06 I am fixing up for the missus is coming together nicely.

Because this particular example has two extra holes in the grille, I am wondering if there are some small circular LEDs that would serve as a kind of fog light or at least some additional lighting.

Any ideas?

Yeah, I could do — but not really the question I asked. Aestheically, it would be better, but if I am going to do that, I am going to replace the hood as well, etc., and not getting into that now. It does need additional front lighting so I am trying to make do.

I've seen some pretty bright LEDs in small housing/packages, but I'm getting the sense that people here tend to be maximalists when it comes to this stuff!

Maybe a lightbar? Something like a set of Morimoto 1Bangers? Maybe I am trying too hard here.

Lj chrome cover,

This is really not a bad idea for the moment, Charles, or even for some time!

I have seen some overlays for the hood on some examples, and was thinking perhaps that's a cheap and cheerful way to spruce up the hood, short of getting a new hood, which might cost about the same. Haven't looked into it as yet though.
