Washington Washington members that live to wheel

It's that time of the year again... Time to get wet...

It's not the wheeling in the wet that's an issue as much as camping in the wet! lol the truck bed is dry but cooking and just relaxing becomes an issue. If we go to Tahuya we can camp right by the day use covered area and hang out under there if it's too bad.

Yea I totally get that... PopUps help some to try and keep things dry. I'm spoiled where I can just go inside and sit... :) But I've spent many days standing in the rain..

Yeah... we got dumped on working on the trails at Walker Sunday... but just that one day. Saturday was upper 70's, Tuesday was 80+ lol.

Me running the rock hopper in the downpour :) fun times!

In the rainy season I like day runs.

Anyone happen to know anything about the trails around halfway flat campground? I think I’m heading out there next sat and would like to have some idea what I’m getting into. Supposed to be 20 or so rigs going and the only info I got was some local trails. Iv looked on OnX and don’t see much hard stuff but the one guy that invited me said last year 5 or 6 rigs had to get towed out.

Looks to be the same general area that we went in July. My track shows that at the end of the day when we popped out at the pavement we were directly across the river from it.

This popped up today on my FB feed... The Naches Pass Trail from the 60's

I some what understand the low height on the B hoop but damn, that'd suck in roll over!!

Isn't that last hill the entrance from the West side, Rick, or was that what is now known as China Hill? I remember my first time going down China hill... Talk about pucker factor!!!

Man that really makes me want to do the Naches again!!!

Honestly it's been too long since I've done the whole trial to remember.

So get your Jeep fixed so we can run it next summer...

Funny you say this.... I already knew I need to put a new lift on it. Priorities, like keeping my truck on the road, have been a road block for that. 🙄 I took the Jeep out 2 weeks ago, just a day trip exploring in the mountains and found a fairly steep hill that was a little (understatement of the year award) on the loose side. No big deal I'll just turn the lockers on and crawl right up it.......:cool::cool:

Push switch once, flashing rear locker light... push it again flashing rear and front and locker lights!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
Time to read up on diagnosing Rubicon lockers. 💩💩💩

I don't know enough about the Rubicon lockers to offer any help.. Hopefully it's something simple.

Me too, I'm hoping it's just corroded connections at the pumps. Idaho does use salt brine and we all know how well electronics and salt brine get along.
