It'll probably never be a problem, either. Unless there's a tornado or earthquake, and even then it'd probably never get linked back to the builder. Another good example of hiring good builders and not just going with the cheapest.
In a previous life I was responsible for the manufacturing and quality of LVL beams like this one. Responded to many quality complaints/questions but never saw one related to this type of abuse.
