Conflicting lift height conclusions

I am trying to definitively answer how tall my jeeps lift is.
If I measure the springs it points to a 2” lift and if I measure the wheel hub to fender it seems like a 4” lift.

Pro comp ES1000 shocks

Front measurements
Hub to fender: 21.5”
Spring: 14”
Shock length: 19”

Back measurements
Hub to fender: 22”
Spring: 9”
Shock: 18”

considering $150 used set bilstein 5100 or new ranchos 5000

Don't measure there.

A change in ride height comes from a change between the spring seats. Measure the springs plus whatever space may be in there.

Not sure what I will do about the rust. I coat underneath with fluid film about once a month

Front is reading 2” lift but back is 1” lift??
