2005 Pulsing noise under dash

Any idea what this noise could be? Car sat for a month and I changed the OPDA (probably unrelated) and noticed this sound when the key is turned to accessory. I believe the noise is still there with the engine running too.

Any idea what it is?


 
Sounds like a ventilation damper actuator moving, but the damper itself isn't and the actuator arm has stripped the damper shaft.
To confirm this.... remove the glove compartment door, look behind and under the dashboard.
Inspect the ventilation actuators; you will find one of them has a problem.

Thank you. Super helpful. I did some poking around and found out it’s coming from the little box under the dash.

This thing. I unplugged it and the noise went away. It’s some blend door actuator? I’m guessing it’s due for a replacement? Weird because my AC seems to work fine on all settings
