Novak Conversions Jeep Wrangler TJ engine mounts

The unfortunate JKU & JLU of the day thread

Does this count? It was a JT, couldn't make myself take a picture of the whole rig, but noticed that the free spool switch on the winch was completely inaccessible. I have small hands and I couldn't reach it.

That's three more than I'd give for that colossal blight. Looks like a 5 year old designed it from the outside. And while that interior may still be technically Jeep, I think the double stitched diamond tufting and the color scheme adds a heavy layer of tackiness and tastelessness to it. Almost vomit-worthy. I like leather on my women, not in my car - esp. in a Jeep. And get rid of that screen while you're customizing things... ;)

The only redeeming attribute to this build is that they didn't 'upgrade' to one of those giant floating screens that covers the vents and controls.

Apocalypse Jeep

Thing started life as a Sport... so no gears (axle/transfer case), no lockers, no sway bar disconnect... for the money I'd expect a different head unit than stock, and door panels that actually were flat and not wavy... That company also has a habit of not relocating things when they put the Hemi in... thus melting the wiring harness and boiling the brake fluid out of the lines. (Headers way too close for both) Don't even look at the splice job they do to merge the engine harness to the stock harness...

Wonder if that kind of thing is why they want to get rid of this rolling Picasso.

You're not expected to drive this piece of art, just wash and wax it :D Similar to some of those creations from American Chopper.
