Price check on 2002 Sport

$18,500 is ridiculous even IF the Jeep has the original 32K miles and is in good condition.
Need to compare the instrument cluster odometer mileage to the ECU mileage; the instrument cluster can be replaced or the mileage manipulated; so can the ECU, but is more expensive to change the mileage.
Low mileage can mean that seals and gaskets may be dried out and brittle causing numerous leaks when the Jeep is driven.
Removal of the light bar depending upon what hardware was used; shouldn't be difficult and removal of the wiring shouldn't be difficult depending upon how the wiring was routed. Might need to use some RTV to seal things if holes were drilled.
Either way... a thorough inspection is required.

If it's worth that much to you, that's all that matters.
p.s. The market for TJs sucks right now.

WRT that light bar, appears the windshield frame mount uses existing OEM bolts with wire harness routed down into the engine bay and likely into the cab through the steering column boot. If totally rust free, seems likely no "witness marks" upon removal based-on claimed mileage and SoCal location. Disagreed on current TJ market conditions, with many buyers preferring stock or lightly modified examples and willing to pay more for those. Regardless, agreed - asking price too high.

That is very optimistic even for so cal.

If you're looking for a buy it for life type of purchase there's definitely value in a low mileage one owner vehicle though, but not that much value unless you're talking Rubicon or LJ.

Hell no, way to much $$$ for the listed "mods", unless you have a need of low mileage, but I'm with everyone one else. The jeep is old enough to need a lot of work with anything plastic or rubber. I'd want to see receipts.

It looks clean. In today's market, I wouldn't be afraid to be agressive with your offer. It does have low mileage on the odometer but you have no idea how many miles it has been flat towed.

Go look at it and drive it. Make them an offer you think is real.
