Tornados last week dropped an 8 inch oak limb on our TJ last week, luckily no damage to anything but the top. Looks like the replace-a-top is gonna be tramp stamped…

Took the mangled top off, and cleaned up debris over the weekend to prepare for the new top… found this… big ol’ dent on drivers side floor. Seat was up, as I’ve been using the TJ to get to the airport, so had luggage. Seat still works fine, locks in place… seat completely covers the dent.

Edit: New top should be here tomorrow…

Trackbar relocation bracket smashed into the tub? Are your rear bump stops set correctly?

How would bump stops prevent a tree branch from crashing through the roof and into the floor of the Jeep?

Saw this
luckily no damage to anything but the top
and assumed the cargo area damage was pre-existing. I’ve seen similar-looking damage in that area from the track bar bracket. I understand now though. Bummer!

I'd say it's a good time for a fuel pump access hatch but the tree missed up and left.

Thread derail: Hey i’ve been considering putting an access hatch in. Is there a good write-up or a good product that everyone agree’s on for the install. I really do loathe the idea of having to drop the whole tank to replace/service a fuel pump.
