But, don't speed in Moab. I've seen a lot of cars get pulled over there.

That seems to be what they care about most.

I just got back from a week in Moab. I bet I saw about a thousand jeeps-broncos-pickup trucks etc with more drastic wheel exposure than yours driving everywhere. Also about a million side-by-sides of every description driving everywhere, a thing absolutely illegal here in Indiana. I wouldn't worry about it too much in Moab. Watch the speeding though... we did see quite a few people pulled over by the cops, mostly regular cars. I have no clue about Colorado, good luck and have fun.
