Method 305 Wheels

Hi ya…

I’m thinking about pulling the trigger on a set of new wheels for the LJR and considering Method 305s. I know this may sound crazy, but I feel so guilty tearing apart the OEM ones because of the uniqueness, they are the Sahara Rubicon ones. Does anyone know if that fake bead lock is replaceable? I’m thing at least I could touch it up with black paint.

What fake beadlock on the OEM Sahara Rubicon wheels are you referring to? I don't believe they had one. Isn't the only difference from a standard Moab the darker color background paint?

@deadbeat son those are mint. I was referring to the fake bead lock ring on the Method wheels.

I misunderstood your question. The method website has replacement rings, but it doesn’t look like any are for the 305.

I had those wheels on my jeep a while ago they do not have an actual ring its a normal one piece wheel just with some bolts in them. They also have a different offset so they rubbed at full lock with a 35.

Thanks @SilverLJR. It’s a great looking wheel. I’m on 33s now with spacers and have no rubbing.
