163 days since the accident (hit & run) and the bike is finally finished.
I'm still waiting on my damned seat from the upholstery guy, but it runs and everything seems to be working.

This was actually the second time I’ve been hit by a negligent cager.
I won’t stop doing what I enjoy because others can’t/don’t drive responsibly, I just change my playbook.
I’m still in the game.

I've been lucky so far... Knock On Wood... Had a few real close calls over the years.
Yep just have to keep you head on a swivel and be ready for anything. I get those that worry about it and that's their propagative but I agree with you, I ain't stopping what I enjoy due to others.

Got out yesterday for a little ride.

Looped around from Fernley to Carson City, then back behind Washoe Lake up to the Geiger Grade to Virginia City and then back to Fernley and home.

Stopped at Battle Born Harley Davidson and grabbed some winter time maintenance parts since I was in town.

That, and a stop at Jack in the Box for lunch, and it was a nice afternoon!

Last year at this time, we were shoveling snow! So this was a nice change!

Born and raised in N. Wisconsin. I do draw the line at ice fishing. If i'm gonna drink beer and fish, it's gonna be warm out.
