Found this under my car this morning. I don't see any obvious location it could have come from, and don't remember seeing it under the ever before. Each square is about in inch across.

All thoughts welcome as I have never seen anything like this before except wheel weights, and they are way too big to be those

Looks like stick on wheel weights.

Has to be weights like they said. Maybe kicked them up off the road and got stuck somewhere then fell off at home?

Apparently they can be wheel weights. Looks like my axle is leaking out the driver's side bearing and it caused the weight to fall off..
