Washington Washington members that live to wheel

WHo ever it was he had a younger daughter(?) with him, maybe 10 or 11 ish?

Probably not Greg then. He’s a recent retiree from CA. Lives around Post Falls. Here’s a couple year old pic of him at Compressor. LJ with MC fenders and 37’s. It’s a CA built Jeep. That was the day I crushed my front fender. The exit had been graded by BLM to keep people off the trail.

FWIW, I hope Reiter is as narly as B00mb00m makes it out to be. We need some harder trails in WA!

There are 2 trails a stock rig can do easy, and a couple more a stock rig can do with some skill/care. then there is the rest of reiter. I can do some of it on 35's easy, some are hard and require help/winching at times, and some I won't even attempt (37 or 40 min, think near to or actual buggy trails). I go there often as it is the closest to me and I like the trails :) Probably leading a run there mid/end of July but not before. I have too much going on including hosting for Trail Jam.

Thanks Dave. I thought that there were some trails for the more stock rigs. Hopefully I'll be seeing you all @ Reiter soon.

Not sure, I don’t really know anyone that runs with them much anymore.
Looks a friend is gonna go to Evans creek now so I may go there, but he was also talking Elbe so that’s a possibility also

I'm a Tamer and we do have a fathers day 'run' but its a multiday trip to Liberty this year. I can't go, but I am going to Reiter Saturday to make sure the Jeep is ready for Trail Jam after replacing a bunch of parts :)

The Shindig's used to do a Rimrock trip every year for fathers day. Most times a few of us would go up there for a week and then others would come up for the weekend. It was always a fun week with a lot of trails ran and beer consumed.

I really HOPED I was going to have the Jeep done but it keeps fighting me.
Have fun and good luck with the shakedown run.

What all did you replace? Hoping to wheel with you on sat. It’s been a minute for me since I’ve gone.

What a fantastic drizzly day! My driving is RUSTY but it felt great to wheel with some good peoples. We were 3 khaki PNW LJs out for a good time. I did my usual drag my ass into the rocks and front dig as much as possible, even when not necessary.

Front digs are never unnecessary 🙃

Dang, that guy’s brave wheeling with that bumper. Looks good with the diy highlines.

And LJ 37s looking good as always. 😍

Maan, I’m missing out. Looks like a great time, hope I can join next time. 👍

He's planning on replacing the bumper actually, and it was a really fun day. I must have done something right replacing all my cooling stuff since temps held perfect all day, only real issue came when @B00mb00m sprung a leak from his PSC ram, but that luckily ended up being a fitting that had come loose, tighten it up, add some fluid, good to go.

Ahhhhhh so that’s the line!! Should’ve taken a picture of my attempt. I smashed BOTH of the wiper seals on my front and rear driveshafts.
