Bolt Size for Stock Tire Carrier

Was just hoping to verify before I went out and bought the hardware, are the holes for the stock tire carrier 5/16"-18? Or is it something metric?

This is for a 2005 Unlimited if the year matters.

Looking to install a spare delete panel and I don't have the stock hardware anymore.

Can confirm 5/16-18 on my '05.

The unlimiteds don't have a vent in the tailgate?

I think they’re fine thread. 5/16 x 24 or something like that.

Pretty sure it's a replacement tailgate, doesn't feel sturdy enough to be stock.

I have an 06 unlimited and I have to replace the tailgate. So I removed the tire carrier and it DOES have the vent. I think I'm gonna leave the tire carrier off and I'd prefer the tailgate you have w/out a vent.
