That is a question that is very close to nobody knowing for sure.
All I can say is that the cargo net isn't a chinese smittybilt. The higher priced smittybilt that I have only has the metal grommets in the rear and I'd describe their cheaper one as just soft top material with a bunch of square holes stamped into it.
But hey, at least my reply bumps you up for a second chance at maybe getting an answer or two.
Yep, that's it. Expensive, but it's quality I assume. I've heard that there's no noise at speeds above 40 with some and other cheap ones are like a tornado if noise. How is it with you experience?

haha,,,,,,ya i didn't word that right . As long as no crazy whistling and flapping. I assume the grommets help tremendously compared to every other net out there. Hence the $350 price tag
