Using the DRB III to Calibrate a New Cam Sensor in the 4.0 Engine (2000-2006)

It’s a brand new engine. That being said I know it’s going to need a relearn.

Using the DRB III to Calibrate a New Cam Sensor in the 4.0 Engine (2000-2006)

This is going to be on a new engine. There won’t be an existing cps. I know installing the physical cps won’t be hard. What I’m about is the relearn process.

    Main bearing oiling holes blocked

    Main bearing oiling holes blocked

I’m rebuilding a 4.0 and noticed that my main bearing oiling holes are drilled staggered. I also noticed that the thrust bearing covers the oil hole in the block completely. So I’m confused as to what’s up.

HPTuner MPVI2 & VCM Suite Review: 100% Full PCM Access For 2005-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJs

HPTuner MPVI2 & VCM Suite Review: 100% Full PCM Access For 2005-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJs

Chris, I have found this whole article educational. I am building a stroker for my 05 TJ. I’m not going big it’s just clegg’s stage 2 rotating assembly. Probably just going to use their stage 2 cam. My question/fear is that by the time I’m done (probably a year) I won’t know where to get help...

I to have been battling the same problem. After reading your post I went and purchased a new heater core. I made a way to test it. I hooked a hose and a garden hose end on the new core. I hooked it to my laundry sink. Ran hot water thru it. The whole thing got hot. so I took the older new one...
