    Sorry. but could you clarify stick closed? I did try swapping relays (foglights) and still had the same issue.

    My 2001 TJ horn was not working and airbag light was on. After searching the threads here, the likely culprit was the clockspring. I just installed it today, and as soon as I plugged in the Clockspring, the airbag light went away but the horn kept blaring. Even after I plugged in the airbag...
