Want good restaurant food? When you drive past a restaurant that is small, maybe looks kind of rundown, and is in a low rent place stop and go in. Don't worry about how dingy the place might look or what languages is spoken. Order whatever they are serving.

The NW city I live in is majority Hispanic and we get some excellent Mexican food. Mostly from a few of the trucks and restaurants on the "wrong side of the tracks".

Was with my FIL the other day and ordered a cheese burger at a big sit down restaurant chain. I don't think they could have made it less flavorful if they tried. How the hell do you screw up a cheese burger?
