What did you do to your TJ today?

They're fine. Not outstanding, but fine. The appearance is still good, and they're holding they're color, so no issues there. I like that they're a little wider than stock, pretty much the same width as the Rubicon flares. They don't seem as stout as stout as the originals. As sad as my...

    Nashville TJ's Build - Continued

Nice. I'm running the Kenwood DMX9708S. No CD player, but I don't miss it. Wireless Android Auto, which I use, and wireless Car Play, which I don't. I'm very happy with how it works with my phone, it's nearly seamless. It'll support 3 cameras as well. I'm just using 2, the backup camera, and...

    Goodyear Wrangler Territory M/T

I went thru a pretty gnarly rock garden and didn'thave excessive chewed up lugs. I experienced that more with the Cooper Evolution MTs.

    Goodyear Wrangler Territory M/T

I've been running them for a couple thousand miles now. Got 'em cuz their cheap. So far, they've been fine. I ran some 5-7 trails and had no issues other than 1 V-notch that a couple guys had flopped on. I didn't flop, but I ended up taking the by-pass. Driver inexperience was more of an issue...

Not so much to, but with. Our Jeep club volunteers each year to tow boats to and from the cranes at the Hampton Regatta.

And way cheaper than buying a new JLR.

    Work from home LJ

Newport News assessed my '06 LJ at $5424. The original tax amount was $122, but they do have some kind of tax relief program that reduced my bill to $78. This is for 6 months, so $156 for this year. Even with the DMV fees, I'm way ahead compared to California. No personal property tax, per se...

A lesson learned—keep it light and nimble!

I went to the Big Dogs event over near Winchester. Had a lot of fun and likewise, the LJ held it's own. I think I was the only Jeep on 35s. I did have one pucker moment, but we both came through undamaged.

    Re-gear Quotes: Inflation?

Brett @ Offroad Werks is the guy who never returned my calls. I even dropped by the shop, told him what I needed, but he never got back to me with an estimate. I went over to Coastal since they are only a few blocks away. I got an on the spot estimate, and he got me in within a couple of weeks.

    Re-gear Quotes: Inflation?

Did you go to Coastal Differential? I got mine done there almost exactly 2 years ago. He supplied the Revolution 5.13s, new seals, and install kits. He also installed my supplied Torq Locker and Revolution chomoly front axles. $1681.73

Euro Spec H4 Halogen to LED

I had the same issue with the Beamtechs in the Hella E-housing. Great low beam, but the high beam was so scattered that it was useless.
