I appreciate it but the frame swap is in progress as we speak! I've been able to address a few things that never would have been uncovered without this project and a few upgrades so I am grateful for it. I'll share pics and do a full write up once it's complete.

After my chat with the upholsterer, I'm now leaning back towards the Bestop Trailmax 2 or a Corbeau set then just rig up something using the stock brackets for the fold and tumble function. It'd be way cheaper than custom or going with PRP.

Deposit paid! Texas donor LJ is being broken down this week and provided everything measures straight, is clean, and checks out then it should be on a truck headed for SC in the coming weeks. I'll keep the thread updated as progress updates are available.

I found one in Ennis, TX just outside of Dallas and the guys there have been great so far; both in communication and working with me on shipping. Provided this one works out, even with shipping I'd be into this frame for about $1,000 less than picking one up here in SC. Fingers crossed!

Yeah the torque boxes/floor pans are good. And I agree that's what I was asking for input on, because the frame is off are there any suggested mods or improvements the group would suggest? Either from experience or a "hey if I had the opportunity, I'd do X". It does have a 4" suspension lift...
