The "best" rear bumpers with a hitch?

I run a Warn Rock Crawler rear bumper. It pulls this Seadoo 300mi+ to the beach a few times a year, never had an issue with it.

Warn rear bumper / hitch mounted carry-all

I tow a jetski with mine a couple times a year with no issues. 700mi round trip with it attached. I would cut the tube on the hitch basket and try to snub it up as close as possible to keep your leverage down since you already have a spare on it.

Anyone using a Focal Compact 4-channel amplifier?

I have a Kenwood KAC-M3004 tucked under my steering column. It’s been there about 5yrs now

    Milwaukee-M12 Combo-Tool-Kit

If you already have the stubby 3/8 or 1/2 impact I’d invest in the 1/4 hex Fuel impact driver and a set of impact bits/adapters. Then you’ll be able to use it as a drill and impact driver. The 1/4” is good for up to 100ftlbs and is great for removing lug nuts etc. All of my impacts are ran on...

    Let's talk towing

Excursion would solve this 😁 I swapped the original springs, which are incredibly too soft, for F350 springs front and rear. Guys are pulling 11-12k all day long with the proper setup. I regularly tow a dump trailer with my 7.3(9k fully loaded). Finding a V10 Excursion with 4.30 gears would be...

Paint hard top vs soft top

Scrub it with a Magic Eraser and use some Flood Penetrol on it. It’ll look good as new for a few years.

New Fox Body Mustang (yes or no)

Just like people thinking they’re going to remake the Excursion.. Not happening.

2004 TJ OE fog light question

Slightly north of you, they’re everywhere but they’re the new YJ. People’s children have destroyed them as their first vehicle/winter beater. I offered my old Rampage soft top to a younger guy the other day since his was literally falling apart. I think he liked the torn up look better because...

    Tires for my Son's XJ

You could bump up to a 30x9.50 and have some better C rated options. I wouldn’t be afraid of the 4 ply if it’s a street vehicle though, or you could spend the extra $100 or so for their tire coverage.

2004 TJ OE fog light question

I have a set in the garage, but they have an odd light pattern. Maybe that’s what they’re supposed to be like? Connected to a 12v source.

Cargo net identification + safari top

That appears to be a Rampage frameless soft top.

Tips for painting raw metal bumpers

Hit it with a can of brake clean and wipe it off before applying your primer. Then shoot it with 2-3 coats of your favorite paint and install once it’s dry. Sanding smooth surfaces before painting them has always been a funny one to me. People love to scuff plastic flares then casually ignore...

RockHard 4x4 Bumpers Powder Coating Issue - Buyers Beware

Cool of him to reach out and get to the bottom of things. Hopefully it all works out for you. In the end, it’s just cosmetics and if they’re willing to give you some cash back I’d call it good enough.
