Mullet Jeeper

I bought my 2001 Jeep TJ sport in 2024 bone stock except for a set of tube steps, which I removed, Quadratec floor liners, and a newer aftermarket radio from the second owner. It had 225,000 miles with a rebuilt 4.0 jasper engine that now has about 30,000 miles on it.
It was not pretty, but I was determined to polish the turd that it was. I started by washing the thing as it was disgusting inside and out and then ordered a replacement Quadratop for it as the soft top it had was about 15 years old and was growing plants out of the seams. After that I had a 2.5 lift and 33 inch tires on a set of original rubicon wheels installed by my local mechanic. I bought a tire carrier/ bumper next and mounted a matching wheel on the back. I then proceeded to search Facebook marketplace for the rest of the parts I wanted: a Warn rock crawler bumper, original rubicon rocker guards, cv driveshaft, and a bed rug carpet kit. I ended up ordering a new double din radio and install parts, 5.25 speakers front and rear, Quadratec sub, diver down seat covers, mesh top, and an advance adapters SYE.
A couple weeks after I bought my Jeep TJ my dad who has owned several jeeps (83 CJ7 and a 05 TJ Rubicon on a NTH degree tummy tucker kit and 35’s but ended up selling all of them) decided that he was buying a 2005 jeep LJ Rubicon. I guess he got jealous that he wasn’t the Jeep owner of the family anymore.
I recently bought a 2003 Jeep TJ Rubicon that I have big plans for!
