Found out that a Softtopper for a 1997-2004 Nissan Frontier will Work perfect on the trailer.
Going to order solid front and rear windows for it and make a new rack slightly taller to accommodate the new topper.
This comment was very interesting to me when reading this thread through a second time. What about his build causes the vehicle to not be able to get a correct Ackerman angle?
My thought would be because these axles are designed for vehicles with a much longer wheelbase so the angles don’t end...
Weighed the Jeep today, full tank of gas without me in it. Half doors and no top.
Just thought it was an interesting data point. All the aluminum seems to help because it was not near as heavy as I thought it would be.
Removed the milk jugs and broken OEM fogs. Also installed the reinforced tire carrier. Still need to order some bigger tire bumpers the ones that came the kit are to short.
Put the tire all the way to right to make it easier for my dad to reach the handle.
