I agree, I changed from 4.88 to 5.38 with the 42RLE and 35's and it is very good.

Finished the block cleaning after changing the valve cover gasket. Then waxed the Jeep and cleaned the windows in preparation of a trip next week to Lone Pine to run Steel Canyon and Lippencott Road/ Pass. We are nice and clean now, so let’s go get her dirty!

I have the TT, 1 1/4” BL, and 4” Currie springs. I installed all that with 4.88 gears and the vibration at highway speed was too much for me. I couldn’t use the mirrors, they were vibrating so much. So I had the hubs installed.

Went up to Big Bear and did John Bull and Holcomb Creek trails. This is the gate keeper at John Bull. Lots of fun on big rocks.

Hit a milestone coming back from the SD Safari Park.

I just installed the Jet AccuSpeed and it works fine so far. I wired it into my wire loom near the PCM, drilled a hole in the firewall(scary) and mounted it in the glovebox area. It was easy to calibrate and it is holding the setting well.
