ARB pressure switch into 1/8" NPT manifold port?

I did something similar to this, hasn't blown up and that was 50K and many wheeling trips ago

    Dana 35 LSD (3.07)

Solid advice - need to go look into 44's IG.

    Dana 35 LSD (3.07)

Possibly, but probably not. I like the cruise speed - the jeep spends a lot of time at hwy speed and the 1800-2K rpm at 80 is nice. at 31' tires, the 3.07's arn't bad and my plan is to just add HP with a Magnum swap, Diesel or turbo. maybe the answer is "just re-gear", but I would rather stick...

    Dana 35 LSD (3.07)

The Eaton Tru-Trac (912A569) is widely regarded as a great option for Dana 35's under 33's that arn't playing hard in the rocks - but near as I can tell the Tru-Trac is only offered in a 3.54 and up (numerically higher) configuration. This leaves those of us stubbornly stuck on 3.07 gears out...

Cooling fan upgrade comparison: Explorer 11-blade fan and HD clutch versus SPAL 19" 850-watt electric brushless fan

I would say less than $500 - fan was $350 to my door (Rock Auto) another $20 in connectors, Controller was $70 all said and done. I work for an up-fitter so wire off-cuts just kinda appear everywhere, but you could but a spool off amazon for less than $20.

Cooling fan upgrade comparison: Explorer 11-blade fan and HD clutch versus SPAL 19" 850-watt electric brushless fan

In this cooler Texas weather I am seeing 185-195 in everything from cruising to driving like a Jeremy Clarkson with a chicken in the passenger seat. I seem to gain the most temp sitting at idle after a high load HWY run. She actually keeps pretty cool in "spirited" driving. In the summer I sit...

Cooling fan upgrade comparison: Explorer 11-blade fan and HD clutch versus SPAL 19" 850-watt electric brushless fan

Well, add me to the list of happy customers. I tried a few combinations of PCM controlling the fan I am still optimistic that its possible, but at $50 a credit and needing at least 2 credits...... I'm taking a pause perusing that right now. Because I am a cheap bastard, I wound up using the...

Just learned my radiator clutch fan was deleted by previous owner, now what?

I have a 4.0 so take all of this with that grain of salt. The water pump on the 4.0's has a threaded stud that the mechanical clutch threads on to the fan then bolts to that clutch. It works fine, its not terribly efficient, but its simple and reliable. If I were you, I would take a look at...

Using PCM to control aftermarket electric radiator fan?

First round of testing was pretty un-eventful. i tried a few different software combination and wasn't able to get the fan to spin. I opted to order a Handheld Oscilloscope definitely not a high quality product, but should be enough to see if theres. square wave there at all.

Using PCM to control aftermarket electric radiator fan?

I lost it in the sauce - defiantly a warning that should be heeded.

Using PCM to control aftermarket electric radiator fan?

now if HPT would just let me register my MPVI3 I can get this tune flashed and this whole thing might actually work.
