Where are you measuring? Are you sure what you are measuring is identical on both sides? Is it the frame that leans? Is it the body that leans? Are the body mounts new to eliminate any bushing sag? Did the factory make sure everything is exactly identical on both sides? Quit fretting...

Aren’t the Sahara flares the same as Rubicon? If so, no cut. If not, then experiment.

Absolutely try some new shocks. As mentioned, replace the bushings in what you have to freshen up the movement. Biggest thing might be to let some air out of those bricks your riding on, they don’t have much bulge in the sidewall.

I concur, Rough Country. @TheBoogieman should be able to confirm this just by looking at the paint quality. Also, those are Bilstein shocks.

There is a different reaction between gas charged and standard hydraulic shocks/stabilizers. Yours don’t look like they are leaking or dented/damaged. If that is the case, they are probably good. Just maybe not what you are wanting in your ride performance. Others with more info/knowledge on...
