the Schwintek system absolutely blows.

Im skeptical, what slide system do you have. If its Schwintek, it is literally the dumbest piece of "engineering" ever devised. Its so bad, everyone is spending the money at Vroom to have it replaced. Although expensive, it solves all of the Schwintek problems.

Welcome to (st)dealer workmanship. my guess would be they didn't want to deal with it, so they said they couldn't replicate the issue. Send it home, or it gives us another couple months to work on more profitable shit.
