    Crank but no start

Spark requires the crank sensor signal to the PCM, PCM grounds coil to fire. Coil should have 12V on one wire and pulsed ground from PCM on the other. The cam sensor is in the distributor, and if there's no cam sensor signal to the PCM, it won't run either.

Help with stuck tie rod bolt

That is a tapered seat. You pound on the top and it just balloons the bolt. You're going to have to crack/cut that nut off and use: And it's going to come out like a bullet.

Turbo one step above factory. Then straight through/chambered. Glass packs are going to be loud and sound like crap.

    Rough Idle Help

Somebody had an OEM OPDA causing issues as it had a lot of wobble in the shaft.

    Rough Idle Help

It was more recent than that. I've had a Dorman OPDA in mine for about 170K mi now, no issues. I think the NAPA sensor others have gotten to work is mad by Dorman. If you have the OEM OPDA that needs to be checked for binding, gear wear.

    Rough Idle Help

Ok, I remembered somebody was having a screwy issue like this and it was either the cam or crank sensor. The 06 will run on only the cam or only the crank sensor. So, disconnect one and see if it fixes it. If not, reconnect it and disconnect the other one. It will take a long crank to start...

    Rough Idle Help

No idea if it would cause your problem, but have you verified the CCV orifice in the rear elbow isn't clogged?

    Rough Idle Help

It's not one of the typical PCM issues, but the 06 has a junk PCM, so... Mark @Wranglerfix can help determine if it might be the PCM.

    Rough Idle Help

I'm guessing you have a lot of carbon buildup from those compression numbers. 120- 150 PSI is normal per the FSM.

Exhaust / manifold top bolt coolant leak?

Head bolt 11 requires sealant. The exh manifold bolt there intersects the head bolt hole.

    Low Exhaust Back Pressure

If they didn't properly break it in, it will wear the lobes and lifters in no time.

    05 LJ Water Passenger Side

If it's wet during/after heavy rain, the cowl drain is probably plugged, which then spills over the air intake to the HVAC fan. If wet after running AC, it's the lack of a drain turn down and driving at hwy speeds. Water comes through the grill hits the fan and goes everywhere during rain...
