Help locating rubber cover for turn signal switch

Probably going to need to go to a junk yard. There's a great one in Phoenix AZ full of old TJs.

    Mystery Noise!

Hey everybody, it's starting to cool down in Phoenix finally. I hopped into the TJ and it's making a noise I can't put my finger on. Here's a video. Anyone have any ideas?

    Help finding shocks

Update post: Alright folks! New shocks and coils went on the front today. I was a little over-optimistic thinking we could do the front and rear the same day. We started by removing the old coils and shock, then cycled the suspension with the mew shocks so we could set bump-stop length. I...

    Help finding shocks

OK, I've decided that just to be safe and spare myself a bunch of trouble I'm going to go ahead and buy 2" lift coils as well. Can I get away with just doing 2" shocks and coils or are there other mods I need to make as well?

    Help finding shocks

Ok! After reading this and going out and taking measurements, I feel like I have a way better idea what i'm doing now. Here's what I found. Right now, my front shock at ride height is about 18.5 inches. I hopped on the rancho website, and it looks like there are a few shocks that would work in...

    Help finding shocks

I think the reason im so confused is that the ranchos are what Chris recommends in this post for a 2 inch lift but the listings on amazon all sat it wont work for a 2" lift.

    Stock suspension shock recommendations.

These are the shocks most folks recommend around here for city driving with occasional off-road. I'm currently trying to find a set that works with my lift. https://www.amazon.com/Rancho-RS5000X-Gas-Shocks-set/dp/B01963XI50/?tag=wranglerorg-20

The problem I'm having is that it doesn't look like Rancho makes a shock for 0-2" lift.

    Help finding shocks

Hey folks! I'm back after taking a break from working on the jeep through the hottest part of the Arizona summer. My brother and I just finished replacing the rear drum brakes yesterday and my 98' is finally mostly safe to drive again. That being said, it's past time to replace the shocks on...

    Brake issues after wheeling

Yes, the rear pistons are leaking and accordingly I don't have braking pressure. No, of course I'm not driving it.

    Brake issues after wheeling

Thanks for your reply! It turned out that the rear brake pistons are broth pretty shot. I still haven't replaced them because it's so hot outside right now I don't want to do it lol

    Whick kit for rear drums?

Hey Jeep Community! So I posted a while back about losing brake pressure. The fine folks at Meineke told me the rear driver-side piston was blown and it was time to do both rear drums. I trust these guys but the quote was a little high. It's summer time in Phoenix so working on the jeep has...
