So back in August (I think) I took Patches to Black Mountain OHV in Harlan Kentucky. Other than a quick test run at my local off-road park, this was the first serious wheeling trip since changing the front suspension. Had a blast and beat the piss outta my Jeep, but had issues from the start...

Yes. I wheeled it, broke it, and then fixed it. Will give a more in depth update when I get a chance. The same Barnes 4wd stubby I've had on it for years. I removed it to swap the old China winch for a Warn winch.

The bumps were set properly. Looks close but the tire did clear the fender.

Got the axle prettied up. Will go in with it tomorrow night or the next.

Better shots of the new shock mount location

Shock mounts are moved down to the control arm mount. I can now use a 12.2" travel Bilstein without needing do modify the frame side mount. And yes, the shock clears thought it's travel. I'll get better pictures later.

The track bar clears the diff cover nicely, but interferes with the driver's side coil bucket, so I had to trim the bucket to clear. I just trimmed the corner off along that black line and now it clears nicely. Then I plated it so the bucket wouldn't lose any strength.

Long time, no update. A lot of stuff happened, had some issues with the 3 link bracket not clearing the driveshaft, so had to remake the brackets. Then found out one of my motor mounts was busted. Not the lift block, the part that's welded to the frame. Yeah, that really sucked. Had to fix that...
