Sure you've done it but mine were adjusted to tight. Move the adjuster till it rubs slightly when you turn the drum, then back off a bit till it spins free. Good luck Buddy.

I spray mine with cleaner then sand with 220 sand paper. Then hit it one more time with brake cleaner. I quik sand the pads while the drums are off also. I park on gravel and have to sand and clean every fcouple months when we get alot of rain. Im no expert on drums either. Everything I've...

I would think since they sometimes work air in the lines or a leak. Maybe check realy good for leaks and do a proper bleed on all the four corners

Maybe you have that pawl spring bracket on backwards? Hard to see. Here is a proper picture of the orientation of that part circled in red.

Did you sand and clean the drum while you had it off? Not sure what your hearing but mine will get a light rubbing sound if I hadn't cleaned them in a while.

If memory serves me right I believe they were tp55's with a thick washer attached to the back. I cut a couple x's across with a carbide and used a 3lb and a chisel to knock em of. The replacement bolts I bought were standard torx 50 I think coulda been 55s. But yeah rounded em pretty good trying...

Ive been happy with the Echos. I bought the 590 and a 310 about 6 yrs ago. They saw alot of work for a couple yrs clearing this lot. I crank em up two three times a yr now and never have an issue.

Just pulled the bed on my 04 f250. Found out about the torx plus. Finally found one locally after 2 days looking around. Bought two. Stripped both of em. Then ended up grinding them all of anyway :ROFLMAO:
