I just went through the same thing , you need to log more miles after disconnecting you battery to input enough data for the emissions test . I passed the smog sniffer test , but failed because my battery was disconnected when relocating my winch contactor, and had only driven maybe 60-100 miles

I’m running 4.56 gears with the ax-15 , and 33s if I were to do it again I would have used 4.88 gears , it’s fine until I need 5th gear

Jeep definitely used expanding foam on the newer jeeps , I’ve found it in multiple places on my 2012 jk that I bought new, I haven’t seen it on my tj , that looks like the po tried to Jerry rig something

the tolerances are very tight with that harness bar , you would have to cut the cover to fit , remove it or have a fab shop weld in a custom bar and trim the cover around it

I went with the plus 2 inches of height. I’m 6 ‘ 4" , I drove up to Prp and sat in the seats that were on display, the regular height seats were not tall enough for me, I’m also using the seat lowering mounts from xcrn Your probably fine with the standard seats with your height

I’m glad to see these are being made again , I like the flag nut the old version was a pain to install with out it
