Arizona Rubicon flares

Loose Rubicon axle air inlet
How do you just press it in? Also do you need to drain the dif and take the cover off? If you do that then the inside rubber hose probably needs to be replaced also? What size and kind of hose?- Fire814

That is a very solid and strong looking brace. Thankyou for the picture and I might end up having to do one like that. Was hoping to find one to bolt on and not have to remove to much to get it welded on. Thx also jjvw for your response -
