RockJock CE-9110RK 2.5 in. Johnny Joint Rebuild Kit This fits perfectly. I didn't need new balls but maybe this is just because they are an early version or something before they marked the ends.

I got some in from trail-gear because they stated the barrel dimension were similar but the races are much to wide in diameter to fit. Uggg!!

RockJock says the CE-9110RK fits in a barrel of 2.188: and mine is 2.11" That is a pretty big difference with something that doesn't squish! Dang these are $52/each. I will order them to try it out but DANG for that price I can buy whole new arm!

I will check but with 33" tires and the PCM reading correctly I assume there is a corrected sensor in there or somewhere! What you are describing, would that not show incorrect in both the PCM and the gauge cluster?

everything has been modified but I have not done any of these mods so IDK. BUT what would need to be modified if the PCM is showing the correct speed and the gauge cluster is not?

I measured and the balls seem to symmetrical from center. They are pretty pitted up, here is a better picture:
