Make sure you keep your low pressure AC line (that runs on the fender). You’ll have to come up with a different solution for your accumulator as well…I had custom lines made outside of that OEM low pressure line…because the stock accumulator will be in the way of the passenger side valve cover.

I don’t think I did a write up, but I’ve got it all in my head. I could do a write up…it’s super straight forward. The Jeep computer doesn’t control it at all, you just have to intercept the ground that the control switch sends when on any of the AC selections. I’ll write it up…gimme a bit.

I know on my throttle body, I can replace the throttle position sensor. Can you do the same on the DBW throttle body’s? Maybe you’ve got a bad one. But if it’s always done that, it might be your ETC settings in your tune in relation to your MAF calculations and variations in the intake tube...

Are you drive by cable or wire? Has the throttle always been touchy like that?

Yes, I did, it is supposedly designed for better torque response with the sweet spot between 1800-6000rpm, and I agree about the PE delay…on stock truck tunes it is usually like 90% throttle and > 4000rpm before you get there…

Mine is insanely fast. I can pull on my son when he’s driving my Ram with a 400hp+ Hemi. I have 4.10 gears and 33’s tho. Did you ever modify your tune? Or did you go straight stock? I watched all your videos multiple times over before I began my swap and I think you stuck to stock everything...

Jeep PCM running the AC? How did you route that? I ran a line from the ground signal of the selector that goes back to the PCM to trigger the relay for 12v AC request to the PCM, and then the PCM fires a ground to another relay that sends 12v to the compressor as long as my cycling switch is...

Yeah, runs great…even better now! I get like 11mpg because I tend to have my foot in the throttle a bit more than a normal person would. If I tootled around in it, I could see it getting 15mpg…
