Basically looking for a decent garage that can do all mechanical work, MOT etc. I had my local garage take a look as one of them was into 4x4s they provided me with a list of work that needs to be done at some point but they can’t do it so need to find a specialist really.

Can anyone recommend a good 4x4 specialist in either the Dorset or Hampshire area. I have a few bits that need doing on my TJ but trying to find someone is becoming a bit tiresome. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated 👍🏻 thank you.

Very useful information so thank you mate. I’ve taken a note of those compressors. Just wanted something reliable that I could inflate/deflate my tyres when needed. I have inflated my tyres to 26psi and it now drives lovely on the road. They were sat at 16psi so no wonder it drove like a boat! 😂

I was just wondering if anyone knew if there was a snorkel kit on the market that would still enable you to fold down the windscreen on my Jeep Wrangler TJ. Many thanks

I also have a 2001 TJ which currently has a bowless top but it’s old and needs changing. It has the tailgate bar, the windscreen bar and the door clips but it doesn’t have the rest of the frame that enables you to fold a roof down. There is so much choice on what to get it’s a bit of a mine...

I have just had a look on Quadratec and wow what a difference in price. I have been looking at the Bestop Supertop NX in twill and it’s $1700 from Quadratec or £2600 from Jeepey which is quite a significant difference. Do you know if that roof is any good? Many thanks

So would you say 24 psi for on the road?

Yes the tyre says the load rating is E yes sorry I meant around 30cm not inches 😂 just got the tape measure out and they are 10 inches.
