What did you do to your TJ today?

Pinstripe ..first attempt....not 100% happy with it so I may wipe it off and start again...maybe !!

Don't do that!

My artistic ability almost doesn't exist but those pinstripes look great to me.

My drafting and drawing skills have always been pretty high based on geometry/physics/whatever and those pinstripes still look great to me.

I like it. It represents freeform. If you need perfect symmetry have a stencil made.

I don't even know where freeform starts or ends but in this case I'd suggest staying away from stencils.

I demand to see photos of the cooked potatoes and asparagus!
This is all I can provide. 😂

Thanks....much appreciated. and your right I'm not going to use stencils.

I tried to occupy the same space at the same time with a deer this morning. I got off lucky. Bent the front quarter panel a little, and put a small crease in the door.

Cost Analysis says it would cost too much to fix for what it would be worth, so I guess I'll just live with a few more blemishes.😕

Anyone know where I can get yellow touch up paint?

Ouch !! frustrating with all that bumper and it hit your door and fender  ...battle scared now.

Lots of little things for me the past couple days. I made my own brake lines for the 8.8 swap and found a brake line tee that didn't have a vertical hard line on it. I was worried that a factory replacement with the hard line on it would get shoved into the underside of the tub when the driver's side of the axle would travel up.

Got my Savvy 241 cable shifter installed and setup.

Put new grease zirks in my new rear lower control arms. They had just a straight fitting on them from the manufacturer, but the truss I used protects more of the LCA joint so I can't get a grease gun fitting in there. So I put 90* zirks on. That was a tight fit to swap those.

(nice and protected from getting sheared off)

I finally installed my Solid diff cover on. Used a LubeLocker gasket and holy smokes, those things are so much easier to use than some RTV!

New air hat/air intake on the 5.9 installed and got all of my axle, TC, and transmission breather tubes setup and roughly where they're going to live.

I just need to put gear oil in the rear end and bleed the brakes it's all done. Hoping to possibly have the engine running by next week. Then it's just putting the radiator/grill back on, fenders back on, and double checking everything.

I know my local O'riley's can put color matched paint an aerosol can. I've found that's much easier than brushing on spots.

Seriously? I didn't know that was possible. I need to repair my fenders due to the previous owner being a DA; which will require painting. He installed some home made diamond plate "covers"? to the top of the fenders. The mounting holes he drilled are now rusting.

That compressor has been sold under a number of names and part numbers. You can find a lot of modification threads across various forums, I think it's most commonly referred to as the MV50 compressor.

I never bothered, I've done zero maintenance to it. I figured when it died I would just replace it with a Viair or ARB or something, but it never did.

I had mine mounted in about the same spot, and it would reach but it was a stretch. I believe it's not a standard air fitting size, some people drill and tap and use different air lines. I don't recall for sure, however.
It does reach all 4 tires. But I chose to get one with a better inflator & gauge on it.
I just install my today thanks for the ideal. Now it seem way louder than before I installed rubber gourmet. I think it's just because it's in close quarter. Is your loud also?

Today was a good day...Collected on my gas loyalty points.....Full tank of gas for 43 cents total !!! score..(y)🥳 (saved about $112.00)

Saving that much money on one tank is great news! 👍 👍

The fact that it is even possible to spend that much to fill up one tank over there is definitely something else. 👀 🇳🇿
